ExxonMobil subpoenaed in plastics waste probe
US Attorney General Rob Bonta has ordered a new investigation into the petrochemical industry over its alleged role in public deception, which he called “historic and ongoing efforts to deceive the public” in the wake of the global plastic pollution crisis.
