FCA has not sanctioned any IFA for greenwashing since 2015
The UK’s financial watchdog has said it will use its powers to ban a promotion or advert for greenwashing in the most serious circumstances, it has been revealed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in its latest findings.
