Europe strives to end dependency on Russian gas
The European Union has laid out targets to slash its demand for Russian natural gas by two thirds. The EU’s withdrawal of gas from its sustainable finance strategy has triggered a fundamental shift in its energy trading relationships with the rest of the world, particularly Western Europe.
