Smelting giant Korea Zinc to invest $6 . 6 billion in green power
Mining giant Korea Zinc is investing $300 million a year in renewable energy projects, according to its chief executive, Choi Yong-chol. Soon, the company says it’s seeking to cut carbon emissions from fossil fuels.
