SEC prepares to crack down on misleading ESG investment claims

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a legal settlement with BNY Mellon over environmental funds (Environmental Governance - Environmental Growth, CSR) rules which it says are being used to promote greenwashing.
