Court tosses Exxon bid to stop Mass . climate lawsuit
The US Supreme Judicial Court has ruled that a lawsuit against the world’s biggest mining company does not apply to civil enforcement actions by the Attorney General of the Commonwealth without being struck down because it is free speech.
