Massachusetts climate change case against Exxon can proceed , court rules

A US court has upheld a lawsuit against US tobacco giant ExxonMobil, accusing it of spreading disinformation about climate change, according to the US state's Supreme Judicial Court.A lower court ruling was rejected.
