SEC ESG crackdown - Investment funds in the crosshairs | Eversheds Sutherland ( US ) LLP
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has been accused of misleading investment disclosures about certain investors’ investments in at-issue mutual funds, according to the Financial Conduct Authority (CSEC). However, it is still being investigated.
