SEC ESG Rule Could Cause More Disclosure For Some Advisors
Plans to crack down on misleading funds and investment advisors on environmental and governance claims have been approved by the US Treasury and Financial Crimes Commission (SEC) in the wake of a row over their disclosures rules.
