SEC to Tighten Rules on Funds Labeling Themselves as ESG
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved two proposals to change its rules on investment funds, including a rule which states 80% of investments should be invested in the kind of assets suggested by the fund’s name, or index.
