SEC Proposes New ESG Disclosures and Naming Rules for Investment Advisers and Funds | Stinson LLP
The rules and forms for the named rule of investment companies have been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission in a bid to address public concerns over environmental, social, and governance funds “greenwashing” by adding additional disclosure requirements to their nominees.
