A First Look At The SEC New ESG Funds Disclosure Rule

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued a new environmental funds rule which aims to protect investors from climate disclosures. The new rule has been published by the Bloomberg Finance LP, but it doesn't always apply.
