West Virginia treasurer lays out arguments against ESG
The treasurer of the US state of West Virginia has been accused of using "coercive capitalism" to pressure financial institutions into cutting off capital into the fossil fuel industry.A former Treasury chief has said he is standing behind the state’s economy.
