EU lawmakers back gas and nuclear energy as sustainable
The European Union has voted to include natural gas and nuclear in the bloc’s list of sustainable activities, a move that could threaten the region's image and question its commitment to reaching climate neutrality by 2050. MEPs have rejected the proposal.
