SEC Proposes New ESG Disclosure Requirements Affecting Investment Advisers | Foley Hoag LLP
The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced a further amendment to its environmental, social and governance rules, which would require advisers to comply with certain disclosures in their investment process. Following the changes, the US Treasury says it is seeking to change the law.
