California Climate Disclosure Legislation Clears Critical Hurdles - Securities
The US Senate has passed a bill that would require major corporations to disclose their greenhouse gas emissions for the next financial year, according to the Treasury Secretary PJ Crowley, who has been sitting in the House of Representatives.
