EU must tax pesticide to cut use , expert warns
The EU's new rules to reduce the use of pesticides could be a "game-changer", according to the chief executive of the EU Environmental Protection Agency (EFSA), Markus Neumeister, who says it is "outrageous" that the legislation is based on "weak" standards.
