Uruguay exploring controversial two - way SLB pricing
A proposal to sell a sustainability-linked bond with two-way pricing is being considered by investors in Uruguay, according to analysts at HSBC and the Financial Conduct Authority (HSBC). Environmental risks and opportunities could be integrated into the sovereign market.
