Stricter Standards Needed for Carbon Offsets , Congressional Reps Urge
The US House of Representatives has called for stricter standards for carbon offset projects to be introduced in the wake of the climate change crisis in southern states, according to a committee of US representatives. They are also calling for tougher measures to tackle the problem.
