Stop cruises : 50 , 000 people sign petition to regulate polluting ships in Marseille

Air pollution is rising in the Mediterranean city of Marseille, according to a report from the French government. But why is the city going to stop polluting cruise ships from stopping over because of their environmental causes, asks the BBC.
