USDA plans to back climate - smart food production
The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is investing more than $2.8bn (£2.7m) in climate-friendly food producers in South Dakota, according to a new report from the US Food and Drug Administration (USAID). The BBC's Jonathan Marcus looks at why.
