ACCC coming after businesses with fake green claims
The Australian Chamber of Commerce (ACCC) has warned that some businesses are falsely promoting environmental or green credentials to capitalise on changing consumer preferences, amid growing concerns about their use of the word ‘environmentally friendly’.
