Banks Face Risk of Being Sued if They Dont Stick to Their Climate Goals : ECB
The European Central Bank has warned banks that they could face litigation and financial damage if their policies fail to meet climate-related agreements, it’s been claimed, amid growing concerns about the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
