New Jersey takes aim at fossil fuel companies for lying about climate change
New Jersey’s Court of Appeal has filed a complaint against oil and gas companies over the impact of fossil fuel consumption on climate change, which could cost the state billions in damages to protect communities from adverse environmental impacts.
