Oregon Regulators Protect Utility Customers and Climate in Paring Down NW Natural Rate Request

A decision to raise gas bills to pay for new gas lines and political lobbying to prevent climate action has been called a major victory for the US state of Oregon, according to the public utility watchdog. Climate activists have told the BBC.
