UN chief urges climate action , says world cannot afford any more greenwashing
The United Nations has warned that global and national climate commitments are falling “pitifully short” without a plan to back it up, and called for action to tackle the threat posed by the global warming crisis. The UN says it is “headed for another global catastrophe”.
