ASIC reveals enforcement priorities for the first time
Australia’s financial regulator, the Australian Competition and Investments Regulatory Service, has announced a series of enforcement action on greenwashing and investment scams in the year ahead, as part of its efforts to protect consumers from the impact of the pandemic.
