Getting ahead of the directive on ESG reporting rules
The Luxembourg Institute of Directors (ila) has published a new directive aimed at cutting the risks of financial irregularities in the European Union’s sustainability strategy. The proposal is expected to be implemented later this month, but it could be hardly felt in Luxembourg.
