ANZ chairman Paul OSullivan accused of misleading AGM on fossil fuel lending
The chair of the Australian National Bank (ANZ)’s annual meeting has been accused of misleading a resolution to the Bank of Scotland chairman Danny O’Sullivan.Mr Vincent says he knew the resolution would not enable the bank to raise capital.
