US trade watchdog seeks public comment in greenwashing crackdown
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is to review its guidance on environmental benefit claims following a review by the Bureau of Consumer Protection Director, Samuel Levine, and the Office for Financial Crimes (OFCC) in New York, on Wednesday.
