Taxonomy and clear definitions needed to prevent greenwashing : RBI deputy governor Rao
The governor of India's largest bank has called for a formal definition of green finance to be introduced in the capital, Delhi, to help reduce the risk of "greenwashing" in their finances, according to the business Standard newspaper. They say it is the need of hour.
