How ocean wind power could help the US fossil fuel industry
US President Joe Biden has announced plans to build offshore wind farms in the Gulf of Mexico to make renewable hydrogen to power industrial processes.The proposal is being criticised by some as inefficient and ineffective, according to industry figures.
