Oregon largest electric utilities missing climate benchmarks , report says

The US’s largest electricity provider has lost a passing grade for being on-track to meet the Biden administration's goal of 80% clean energy by 2030 and 100% by 2035, according to the US Energy Information Administration (EIU) and the Sierra Club.
