ASIC Issues Infringement Notices To Energy Company For Greenwashing
An Australian energy company has been fined $39,960 for alleged false or misleading sustainability-related statements made to a listed company during the financial year ahead of the 2022 Olympics in Perth and Kinross, Scotland.
