GigSuper sues trustee Diversa over forcing abrupt shutdown
GigSuper has filed a legal challenge against the company that ordered its members to close their fund.GigSuper says it failed to accept the orders given by its investors.A spokeswoman for Diversa has said it was refusing to do so.
