EU to Fight Rogue Climate Claims in Greenwashing Push
Environmental claims made by firms about their products are backed by scientific evidence, according to a new European Commission proposal which aims to curb widespread greenwashing in product adverts.The EU’s executive branch will put forward measures to tackle misleading climate claim by companies.
