Hundreds attend climate change talk featuring Vice President Kamala Harris at U of M
The US government is investing $1 trillion in the fight against climate change, according to the US Secretary of State, Kamala Harris, who has been speaking for the first time in a speech at the University of Michigan.The BBC's Tracy Samilton reports from the city.
