Montana Pushing Back : AG Insists Group Investing in ESG Return State Funds
A US law enforcement officer has threatened legal action against the state’s governing body over its investments in environmental and social governance schemes, saying it is “ patently unacceptable” and “unacceptable”. However, a former Attorney General says he is concerned about the amount of money being invested.
