Multinationals Need To Revisit Their Reporting as New EU Sustainability Disclosure Rules Bite | Skadden , Arps , Slate , Meagher & Flom LLP

Companies based outside the EU will have to report their impacts on the environment and climate, the European Union has announced in its annual environmental reporting strategy for the first time in more than a decade. Environmental disclosures will be required until 2026.
