CPPIB to buy Goldman 14 % stake in ReNew Energy Global for about $268 millio
Goldman Sachs is set to sell its remaining 14% stake in a renewable energy company to Canada Pension Plan, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has confirmed, amid reports that the company is being taken over by the Canadian pension fund.
