Private Equity Firm Acquires Event Organizer Hyve for $579 Million
A major acquisition among the UK-based event organisers Hyve Group has been announced by private equity firm Providence Equity Partners, in a deal worth $529 million (£541 million). The deal is higher than previously expected.
