SEC Continues Focus on ESG Issues in 2023 Examination Priorities | Mintz
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced that it will continue its focus on environmental, social, and governance examinations. However, it does not announce a further change in its assessments of financial services and fund offerings between 2022 and 2023.
