Stock awards boost compensation for Wells Fargo CEO ; bank faces seven shareholder proposals
The chief executive of US bank Wells Fargo & Co. received a 15% increase in the value of their stock awards in 2022, according to the bank’s board of directors.The total compensation hike is expected to rise to $24.54 million.
