Why is green finance not taking ground in Bangladesh ?
The Bangladesh Bank has set a minimum target of 5 percent green finance attainment for every bank and non-bank financial institution working in the country. The Bank's policy guidelines have been published by the Central Bank. What does this mean for the economy and how it works?
