Industrial and commercial property : green tenants to drive warehouse churn as net zero targets loom
Nine of the world’s largest industrial occupiers are aiming to achieve net-zero targets by 2030, according to a new report from Lloyds Lottery (JLL) in Sydney, Australia and the United States.The latest figures show that nine of these companies are set to be able to relocate their premises.
