UK : FCA update on SDR and investment labels consultation | Hogan Lovells
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has delayed the publication of its final rules on greenwashing and greenhouse gas emissions, according to a new report published by the Consumer Protection Agency (CBI) in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
