Regulators halt trading of Emerge ETFs after company fails to file financial statements
A Canadian investment firm has announced a cease-trade order for all of its funds, following reports that it failed to find an auditor to review annual financial statements for the company’s shares in the Ontario Stock Exchange. Financial analysts have been urged to consult with their investment advisors.
