Datacenter emissions reporting : Only regulators can fix this
A bill in the US state of Oregon that would have forced data centres and cryptomining operations to cut emissions and transition to renewable energy has been rejected by a committee of lawmakers. The BBC's Chris Stokel-Walker reports.
