First major office deal of 2023 signals confidence in CBD market

Australia’s chief financial officer Stuart Rutman has said a deal to buy secondary offices in the Melbourne CBD is evidence of the growing demand for buildings in nearby areas, even if they require substantial upgrades, according to reports.
