Exclusive - Angola next debt issuance to be ESG bond , but not in 2023
Angola's government has approved a framework for issuing so called environment, social and governance debt, amid rising yields on its bonds during the coronavirus pandemic, the BBC has learned, as the country struggles to recover from the global financial crisis.
